GWO Basic Safety Training Onshore Refresher

Course Overview

The GWO Basic Safety Training Onshore Refresher course is designed to renew essential safety knowledge and practical skills for those working on onshore wind turbines. This basic safety training refresher ensures personnel maintain compliance with Global Wind Organisation (GWO) standards while continuing to work safely in the onshore wind environment.

This refresher course combines key elements of GWO basic safety training, including manual handling, fire awareness, first aid refresher, and working at height. Delivered through theoretical and practical training, the course builds on previously gained knowledge to refresh core safety competencies.

Unlike offshore courses, this onshore refresher package focuses on hazards encountered in land based wind turbine settings, without the need for sea survival training.
